The project is coordinated by the beneficiary entity, specifically by two faculty researchers:
Paula Marques dos Santos (General coordination, design, communication, promoting dissemination and promotion of the project, as well as its expansion at the end of the pilot project to other regions)
José Paulo Lousado (Responsible researcher, coordination of the specific monitoring and control system team).
In addition to this, the coordination team of the beneficiary entity is subdivided into 2 groups:
Group 1 - with the central objective of raising/analyzing the needs of target audiences, follow up on the implementation of the system, analysis and evaluation of the impact created; production of technical and scientific research (it includes teachers/researchers of the beneficiary entity, of the surrounding area, organizational behavior, management, tourism, social economy; employees of co-promotor entities of the social and tourist area; and master degree students , the areas of tourism, social service and management of social organizations).
Group 2 - with the main objective to develop, monitor and improve the innovative monitoring system, with tourist and social application (includes teachers/researchers of the beneficiary entity, of the areas of computing, networking and telecommunications; and graduate students of the same areas) Internal communication between the entities involved, will develop as follows:
- meetings to settle all details and start the planned tasks;
- creation of a platform accessible to all elements and entities involved, to provide access to all the information in realtime (Moodle collaborative work platform)
- periodic project performance reports;
- final meeting (Conference open to the community), for presentation and dissemination of the final results.
